Created in the fall of 2013, B. Scott Creative Boutique (BSB) is a mother & daughter team who started scrapbooking almost a decade ago as a hobby.  Jackie and Brittany created photo albums as gifts and soon friends and family who admired their work encouraged that the duo start sharing their creativity with the community.
